Complaints Handling Procedure

We agree to deal with any complaints we receive effectively. This means we aim to handle complaints fairly and confidentially. We will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will also aim to keep the you informed about progress.

Unsolicited E-mail

When placing an order you can opt-in to our e-mail list where you can be kept up to date with the latest developments and new products from buyringsdirect. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
